A Night at the Shed

This is a truly unique event, held at the famous – and private – Deeargee woolshed.

Timed to make the most of the sunset, the event kicks off with canapes, prepared by Lau on arrival. Special guest, MC Carlo Ritchie, will welcome everyone and get the evening underway while chef Laura Swan brings together the first three courses of the five-course degustation menu designed to take your tastebuds on a tour of the New England. The Bush Patissier is creating something special for our fourth course and a surprise chef is turning their hand to something amazing to round out the evening.

Following the meal, live music with a great New England duo will see the night out.There will be a bar onsite, no BYO.

Transport to and from the event from Uralla and Armidale is available for an additional $15 pp. The Visitor Information Centres in both locations (Armidale and Uralla) will be the primary pick up/drop off point, tickets available separately – visit www.trybooking.com/CCPNJ.
