This is truly an amazing lineup for Armidale. The Gusset Rats is Lismore’s answer to Australia’s giants ‘Amyl and the Sniffers’ and Terrificus is an ungodly hybrid of garage EDM akin to the likes of ‘Mr Floppy’. The Warts is signed to Australia’s fastest growing underground label ‘Outtaspace’ and appear regularly on events outside the region. They have been described as ‘seminal Australian new wave’ and on the back of two sold out albums the third Warts album is due for release in September.
