Chair Yoga with U3A Facilitators

The New England Regional Art Museum is celebrating the Seniors Festival (funded by NSW Government).

Join U3A Armidale’s Bron Baker and Maureen Lauder for a free one-hour session of yoga in chairs. This session will be held in NERAM’s Mazda Gallery, followed by a free morning tea which will allow an open discussion about health and wellness for our senior citizens. Yoga is an ancient system of physical exercise that helps you develop strength, flexibility and a sense of well-being.
