Mother’s Day Carvery Roast Buffet @ the Bowlo
Two seatings available – 11.30am and 1.00pm
Buffet Lunch includes a variety of Chef-selected carvery meats, sides, salads and desserts.
Menu – Vegetarian spring rolls, Samosas, Crumbed fish goujons, fresh bread rolls, Rainbow Beef stirfry, Malaysian buttermilk chicken, sweet & sour battered pork, Manchurian chicken, roast pork, roast beef, roast potato, roast pumpkin, seasonal steamed greens, steamed Jasmine rice. Salads – house potato salad, mixed garden salad. Desserts – chef’s selection house-made mousse, mini selection of cakes and slices, mini pavlovas, fruit platter.
