Is Man Kind is a three-piece blues and alternate influenced band that is embarking on its debut independent tour from Queensland in July this year. The band's music, well, it's a bit difficult to describe. Something between The Doors, Jeff Buckley and Pink Floyd comes to mind, but you had better come along and find out for yourselves. NOVA - next to Folk Museum - old library. Armidale: A history in stories and photos by Ian M Johnstone (stories) and William Oates (photos) will be launched by Peter Chambers. Tea, coffee and nibbles will be served prior to launch.

Ant Walmsley & The Articulate Mutes is led by Anthony Walmsley, a highly respected Tamworth guitarist, musical director and arranger in the industry, known for his versatility and professionalism. Along with Ant, the Articulate Mutes include Sydney-based producer/musician, Sean Rudd on bass, and local musician, Cary Bennett on drums. This genre-defying trio will leave you in ecstasy.
