The 23rd year-camp provides a unique opportunity to LIVE IN (stay on-site) and get a full holistic Rugby experience with focus on the on-field and off-field development of all camp participants. NSW RUGBY Development and Coaching staff will provide all the on-field curriculum and coaching with off-field development around nutrition, flexibility and strength.
