The calendar is full with premier sport events including the TAS Rugby Carnivals, Tour de Rocks and the 12hr Mountain Bike Enduro.

8.00am departure from Visitor Information Centre, 82 Marsh Street. Bring food (morning tea and lunch), water, binoculars, sunscreen and hat, and wear stout shoes, bring a picnic chair as many bush spots do not have facilities. The scheduled visit may be changed or cancelled if conditions on the day are likely to affect the excursion. Visitors are welcome - contact Dr Steve Debus (sdebus@une.edu.au) to register interest.
There will be a BBQ, raffles throughout the day, many stalls of goodies, games and activities for the kids. Santa will also be visiting! Cakes; BBQ; Drinks, tea and coffee; Crafts; Tombola; White Elephant; Face Painting; Plant Stall; Lucky Draw prizes; Wood and Gift Hamper Raffles; Brass Band; Christmas Hams to be won on Chocolate Wheel.
Drop in for an awesome afternoon listening to all the pub rock classics. Great food, cold beer, delicious cocktails. Bring the whole family for a day to remember. Happy Hour 2.00-4.00pm.
Come along for a fascinating musical journey through Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Modern eras, with works by Taverner, Clarke, Handel, Haydn, Mozart, Wagner, Bliss et al. featuring the New England Brass Collective and New England Trumpet Consort. Musical Director: Malcolm Liddell.
