The calendar is full with premier sport events including the TAS Rugby Carnivals, Tour de Rocks and the 12hr Mountain Bike Enduro.

The annual Armidale Campdraft is a three-day event with riders travelling from around the countryside to compete at this hotly contested event. A Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony will start the day. This will be followed by the Australia Day Awards Ceremony where some of Armidale’s hidden treasures will be honoured and recognized for their community work. Australia Day Ambassador is Michael Crossland, humanitarian and internationally known best-selling author.
