Featuring our special guest poet, all the way from the Tweed and returning to Guyra after spud picking in the 60s, bush poet extraordinaire, Paddy O'Brien. Walk ups are welcome and camping is free at Mother of Ducks Lagoon. Breakfast is served from 9.00am and the event begins at 10.00am and goes to midday.

A fun night of entertainment and bush dancing with the Big Hairy Bush Dance Band. The first night of the Guyra Trout Fest begins with a fun night for all the family with the Big Hairy Bush Dance Band. Learn to dance with a bush dance caller to walk you through the dances.- in advance. There will be food and beverages available.

Featuring the Solomon Island Band and the Vanuatu String Band. Food will be available from the Seahorse Medicine Café.

The fantastic 9 piece, Big Hairy Bush Dance Band is coming to the Lamb and Potato Festival at the Australian Poetry Hall of Fame for a night of family fun for all ages.
